This consolidated version of the Procedural and Executive Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus No. 194-Z of December 20, 2006 takes into account amendments up to "Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 276-Z of December 18, 2019", which was published in the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on December 28, 2019, and entered into force on different dates (January 1, 2020, January 8, 2020, January 29, 2020, March 29, 2020, and January 1, 2022).
Article 2 of the said amending Law No. 276-Z, which introduced amendments to this consolidated Code, entered into force on January 8, 2020, and January 29, 2020.
Article 3.30(1)(48) under Chapter 3, Section II, Special Part of the consolidated version of the Procedural and Executive Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus states that the officials of State organs or State agencies who ensure the protection of intellectual property rights are authorized to prepare protocols on administrative offences.
