The annual one-day symposium will address today’s most pressing issues in trademark law. It will include keynotes by Joe Ferretti, VP & Chief Counsel, Global Trademarks at PepsiCo/President Elect, INTA, and Tom McCarthy, Senior Professor, University of San Francisco.
The symposium brings together leading global brand owners, trademark attorneys, and public policymakers. In addition to, as well as in connection with, its role as leading dispute resolution provider under the UDRP, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has been actively engaged in a number of important policy files relating to domain name and trademark related Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), e.g., the UDRP, LRO, PDDRP, TMCH, and URS.
