Following a request of the Government of the Philippines (attached), it is proposed to organize a National Conference on the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons who are Blind, Visually impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled (“MVT”) (draft program attached) on March 7 and a National Workshop to promote the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (“BTAP”) on March 8, 2017 in Manila.
