The RO/IB will not accept payment by credit card if the cardholder submits credit card information on any form or document other than Form PCT/RO/197, and will not be liable for the consequences of any such submission. Failure to use this form may result in the release of your credit card information. This form should not, however, be used if the international application is filed using the PCT-SAFE software, which incorporates a secure function for furnishing credit card details to the RO/IB.
