Release of PCT-SAFE Client Patch

PCT-SAFE Client Patch dated September 26, 2008 is now available for download.

This patch contains the following changes:

Fully electronic filing with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (RO/CA) is enabled as of September 29, 2008 (please also see the RO/CA e-filing Notification in WIPO Official Notices (PCT Gazette) of September 4, 2008)
New PCT-EASY receiving Office: El Salvador (RO/SV)
July 2008 request form available in Russian
