Madrid System Users Meeting (MSUM)

All are welcome to attend the Madrid System Users Meeting (MSUM) that is being organized by WIPO at the INTA 130th Annual Meeting.  The MSUM will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Hall 6 of the ICC Berlin.

Hear officials from the trademark Offices of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea talk about their national law with respect to the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks and, in particular, how to handle and avoid notifications of provisional refusal issued by their Offices.

Hear from Ernesto Rubio, Assistant Director General, José Graça-Aranha, Director of the International Registrations Department, and other Madrid experts from WIPO.
