Per Appendix A of the Registration Agreement, applicants must:

1. Be tasked with hiring or other HR duties on behalf of their own employer organization;
2. Be authorized to purchase their companyname.jobs on behalf of their employer organization;
3. Agree to abide by the .jobs Use Policies;
4. Agree to abide by the SHRM Code of Professional Ethics.

Per Appendix B of such agreement, applications will be accepted only for domains in the "companyname" category, which consists exclusively of names which are or include, the legal trade name of the Company, or a name by which such Company is commonly known.

- Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)

All registrants agree to be bound by the UDRP. The UDRP applies to challenges to registered domain names based on the grounds that:

(i) a domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark in which the complainant has rights; and
(ii) the registrant has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name; and
(iii) the domain name has been registered and used in bad faith.
